Usually only available as a Cake Club cake of the month our Hazelnut and Chocolate cake is too good not to share with everyone. It was developed about 20 years ago by David Cunliffe, Julian's first Head Baker. He’d worked for a time at a hotel on the Swiss/Italian border and remembered the recipe from his time there. Simple and delicious it always disappears in double quick time in our house – enjoy.
