When you need something truly delicious but slightly smaller our 1.2kg Fully Iced Fruit cake, decorated with a simple gold ribbon, fits the bill. Baked in a 6" tin to the same great recipe, we can supply with sugar roses if required, just get in touch.
Change the ribbon, add some edible petals (use edible glue to stop them flying away!) and create a stunning and elegant design like we have with the heart of petals here.
How to cut your Meg Rivers Rich English Fruit Cake.
- Use a sharp and serrated knife (a good bread knife is ideal).
- Cut in a sawing motion from the outside of the cake towards the centre.
- Ideally clean the blade between each slice.
