It’s finished with natural marzipan and a smooth layer of soft ivory icing, then decorated by hand to create a unique centrepiece.

How to cut your Meg Rivers Rich English Fruit Cake.
- Use a sharp and serrated knife (a good bread knife is ideal).
- Cut in a sawing motion from the outside of the cake towards the centre.
- Ideally clean the blade between each slice.
