This fantastic recipe is our own, but the inspiration comes from a cake Julian used to enjoy in childhood. It really is incredibly moreish, with it's gungey topping and warming ginger sponge. We only bake this limited edition a few times a year, so get your sticky paws on one whilst you still can!
