This fantastic recipe is our own, but the inspiration comes from a cake Julian used to enjoy in childhood. It really is incredibly moreish, with it's gungey topping and warming ginger sponge. We only have a limited number of this cake and it probably won’t make a reappearance for a while, so get your sticky paws on one whilst you still can!
