Firstly I hope you are all safe and well.

As I am sure you’re all aware the covid situation continues to worsen and affect everyone, businesses included.

Our tired but cheerful team will continue to bake and despatch orders as planned until all our delivery slots are full, however I am sure you will all appreciate that we are at the mercy of our courier company and the levels of staff shortages they may face.

We will continue to send orders using an overnight service but we must all expect there to be a few parcels that do not make the 24 hour turnaround. If you can give your parcel another 24hours before contacting us that would be much appreciated.

I am hopeful that most parcels will arrive in time for Christmas but I feel it's important to be honest.
