At the heart of this cake is our award winning Rich English Fruit Cake,  a recipe we’ve been perfecting for over 30 years.
   Each hand made cake is:

  • Generously packed with plump vine fruits
  • Soaked in French brandy for a deep, indulgent flavour
  • Layered with natural marzipan
  • Finished with a smooth, soft ivory icing
  • Hand-decorated to create a truly individual cake

This is traditional fruit cake, done properly, moist, rich, and deeply satisfying.
