Bakery Blunder - Chocolate & Hazelnut Cake
Well this is embarrassing! We've made a large batch of Chocolate & Hazelnut cakes using bicarbonate of soda instead of baking powder! Silly!
The result is still a gloriously tasty cake - some of us prefer it to the original - it's less pretty on the top as the nuts are sunken but it's yummy and slightly more gungy as a result.
